Both the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks knew the winner of this one is still in the hunt. The loser of this tilt had some percentages going against them archived since the NFL/AFL Merger. What was it for Green Bay no balance and everything is up to QB A-Rog? What about 12's as they have a knack for making everyone in Hawks Nation hit every nerve ending before the game is over. When it was all said and done the home team gets back into the #Fight4George and Team Mac heads back to Green Bay with yet another "L" playing near the Space Needle and Puget Sound!
It was Seahawks QB @dangeRUSS Wilson who stole the show as his pocket consists of anything behind the line of scrimmage. Russ scrambles so much he had to be "On the Run" Tour 2 with Hov and "B"! To the Hawks credit down early and 14-3 facing Aaron Rodgers is no gimme and they hung in there.
Those two TD Drives in the 2nd frame stabilized everything for 12's as they went up 17-14 only for the "Pack" to go ahead at the break 21-17 on an Aaron Jones TD Pass (Rush 11/40 TD/ Rec 5/63 TD) from A-Rog. That Jones Kid (Versatility) looks like and plays like Saints dynamic RB and Air Head Candy connoisseur Alvin Kamara....a little bit like #14 for #GeauxSaints!
That 3rd frame was ole school football as both defenses made it tough sledding. The Hawks staying close on the "Polish Rifle" dba former Florida State 'Noles All-American PK Seb Janikowski made it 21-20 "Pack" early in the 4th. Packers had their chances but could not cash in with Six instead gad to settle for a Mason Crosby 36-yard FG midway through the 4th frame.
Then like few can and we had two of them in this game Hawks QB Russ Wilson took 12's down a 7 play 75 yard TD drive as Russ hit Hawks TE Ed Dickson on a 15 yard seam route making the score 27-24 the final.
A-Rog and the "Pack" Offense couldn't get anything going after that and 12's again beats the "Pack" as it always seems the Packers play the Seahawks four times a season all in the "206". A-Rog threw for 332 yards and 2 TDs while Russ threw for 225 yards and 2 TDs. 12's sacked A-Rog 5 times and the "Pack" got to Russ just twice.
Seattle moves to 5-5 as the Packers fall to 4-5-1 and that tie might spell gloom and doom if they cannot get that "W" column going past that "L" column...
