Arguably the top 3 states in the High School Football is California, Texas and Florida as they produce more schoolboy talent than any other state as Cali and Texas are also the two biggest states. Well in  Florida the state is loaded with the likes of High School Football Powerhouses like St. Thomas Aquinas, Tampa Plant, Miami Northwestern, Bradenton Southeast, Orlando Dr. Phillips, Tallahassee Lincoln, Palm Bay, Fort Myers, Jacksonville Bolles, IMG Academy and Miami Columbus among others.

Looking closer there are two schools that are known for the immense talent, unique training techniques and their unique location and annual football game called the "Muck City Bowl"!

Yes two high schools smack dab in the middle of the Everglades as its Pahokee High School and Belle Glades Central located just around 50 west of West Palm Beach, Florida. The talent at these schools his 5-star and then you ask what "Muck" is.

"Muck" is a soil made up of primarily humus from drained swampland. It's a black soil that is used to grow specialty crops such as onions, celery, carrots, potatoes and of course...talented football players.

The Muck is such a part of the culture here and every year its Pahokee vs Belle Glades Central in the annual Muck City Bowl as big-time colleges turn up in groves for this one. Its always around 10,000 folks and a standing room only crowd to catch this game.

The main reason all the athletes are super fast in the region they chase rabbits. When they burn the Sugarcane Fields before harvest as both rabbits and snakes are all over this habitat. The players that have played in the annual Muck Bowl is a list of NCAA Division-1 All-Americans and NFL All-Pros as well as an NFL HOF and hers is the list:

The talent amassed from one small area in Florida is spectacular...

Former New Orleans Saints and 49ers OLB and Red Jersey Collector Rickey Jackson was all that and part of the New Orleans Saints "Dome Patrol" as it was Pat Swilling, Jackson, Sam Mills and Vaughn Johnson as they dominated Teams...

WR Santonio Holmes was an All-American WR at The Ohio State University and drafted first round by the Pittsburgh Steelers and Super Bowl M.V.P. with an amazing catch from Steelers QB Big Ben Roethlisberger to win the chip...

Anquan Boldin played against Santonio in that Super Bowl as he played with the Arizona Cardinals and has amazing numbers in the NFL. Recruited to Florida State as the #1 QB in Florida his senior year in H.S. and went to the 'Noles as a QB tore his knee up his freshman year and came back and moved to WR and the rest is history...

A lot of Florida Gators. Miami Hurricanes and Florida State Seminoles on this list and rightfully so...

Safety Andre "Dirty" Waters was one of the all-time NFL hardest hitters and was a staple in that Philadelphia Eagles "D" for years...

Fred Taylor dominated in the "Swamp" for the Florida Gators and had a big-time career with that Tom Coughlin led Jacksonville Jaguars Teams...
