As things could not get any worse for "Mistake on the Lake" Hardball they get to see the best W-L on the Junior Circuit. To compound things the Indians have not won a game in a week and the Royals are riding the "Johnny Dangerously" Cueto Wave. Oh...did anyone in Cuyahoga County get an A.P.B. on Royals Jersey #35 that would be Eric Kosmer in your Royals 2K15 Program or in your 2K15 All-Star Game Program.
Hosmer got things started in the 1st with a three-run blast off Tribe starter Cody Anderson making it 3-0 K.C.! In the 2nd Omar Infante takes Anderson deep for a solo shot now its 3-0 Royals as you see the common theme here!
Cleveland gets on the board in the bottom half of the 2nd as Carlos Santana takes Royals starter Edison Volquez deep for a solo blast cutting it to 3-1 K.C.! The Royals in the 5th hangs a crooked three on the board as Hosmer goes RBI single and Kendrys Morales goes two RBI double making it 6-1 K.C.
The game would end 9-4 as Volquez moves to 10-5 as he is reunited with his former Red Stockings Mate Johnny Cueto in K.C.. Anderson falls to 2-2 as Kansas City and St. Louis appear to be headed for an late October Collision as "Show Me State" Hardball will be the real reality show that month!
