The Kansas City Chiefs knew they had to keep OLB and certified and verified Red Jersey Collector Justin Houston playing home games at Arrowhead. They franchise tagged him a few months ago to keep his services in tact for at least another season in hoped of getting a long-term deal done before the July 15, 2015 4pm ET Deadline.

Well after steady negotiations and through numerous media outlets Justin Houston will be a Chief for the foreseeable future as both sides agree on a mammoth deal for the 2014 Red Jersey Collector King! How 'bout these Wagons of $101 million with $52.5 million guaranteed over six seasons (which includes $20.5 million signing bonus and $32 million in guaranteed cash).

@JHouston50 was phenomenal in 2014 as he lead the "Shield" with 22 Sacks as we take a look at #DawgSaturday Alum Justin Houston's 2014 Digits:

Houston just missed G-Men's Michael Strahan's 22.5 Red Jersey Collections NFL Record by a 1/2 a sack. Look for OLB Tamba Hali on the opposite side to maybe share some tim with 2nd year OLB Dee Ford of Auburn who should be ready.
