The Cubs come out of the Braves three-piece winning that series 2-1 as they all count after the break. Now they arrive at the Great American Ballpark with the "Pen" not holding the lead down and throwing B.P.!

Chicago and Cincy were all knotted up after one with a Sac-Fly from Cubbies All-Star Anthony Rizzo and the Red Stockings getting a solo blast from 2K15 HR Derby King Todd Frazier. Then in the 4th Marlon Byrd would hit a solo HR but not after a Wild Pitch by Cubs starter Clayton Richard would score another run and Cincy led 3-1 after four.

In the 5th Kris Bryant would go ground-rule two-bagger scoring one cutting the lead from 3-1 to 3-2. Then Jorge Soler would hit another two-bagger scoring two and the Cubbies would move up to a 4-3 lead. Richard would bet the no-decision moving into the 6th setting up this...

Cubs Middle Man Justin Grimm with Frazier on the pond gives up a two-run bomb to Jay Bruce and just like that the Red Stockings were up 5-4.  That lead would eventually be the final as the Cincy Pen would do the trick as the "Cuban Missile" and Cincy's Captain Save-A-Game Aroldis Chapman grabs his 19th save throwing nothing but gaaaaaaaaaaas!

Cincy moves to 41-49 and the North Siders fall to 49-42 but still right in the thick of a NL Wild Card Race...
