There is no doubt that San Francisco Giants Ace and LHP Madison "Mad Bum" Bumgarner is an elite dude on the 'Bump". The visiting Oakland Athletics knew that and to get to the great ones you must get them in the early frames before they settle in or its a Sunday Walk in the park!

The Gigantes win as the "Mad Bum" goes seven strong allowing a run on five hits as he struck out seven walking two. He moves to 11-5 but that wasn't all "Mad Bum" did on Saturday Afternoon at AT&T Park. Bumgarner with a scoreless affair in the bottom half of the 3rd takes A's starter Chris Bassit deep for a solo blast and for the "Mad Bum" that is #2 on the season and he can handle the Ash, Maple, or Bamboo!

Oakland came right back in their half of the 4th and tied the game 1-1 on a Josh Phegley two-bagger. The Game would stay tied until the bottom half of the 6th as Mike Duffy goes RBI single knocking home Joe Panik as that Gigantes Pen held on for the "W"!

The Gigantes move to 53-44 as they trail the rival Dodgers by a few games. The A's fall to 44-55 as second baseman Ben Zorbrist goes 3 for 3 vs the "Mad Bum" and the Gigantes on Saturday!
