There are going to be nights like this in the 82-game trek when you have that major piece out and you needed that piece that night to get you over the hump. Indian Pacers Basketball Club starter fast like they always do and the Bulls hung close but could never get Uncle Mo on their side with a nice offensive surge as they go down to Indy at Bankers Life 96-84.

"See Red" trailed at the break 45-42 as they put together a nice 3rd frame for a 66-66 all tie. It was the Bulls other Donut-Runner (Rookie) Doug "McDNP" McDermott who came up big giving the Bulls a nice offensive push off the bench with 14 at the end of three.

The Bulls started the 4th with two E 'Twaun Moore free throws putting the Bulls up 68-66 and the Pacers took over from there. "Gold Swagger" would put a 26-12 run together by the two minute mark and led 92-80. The Bulls couldn't buy a bucket and the Pacers took full advantage of that.

Indy would go onto win 98-84 as it was the Pacers Bench beating up the Bulls Bench Mob 49-36. Pacers Center Ian Mahinmi went 14 points and eleven boards for that 2nd unit with McDermott leading the Bulls, Bench Mob with 16 points. The Bulls shot just 36% with Indy shooting 43% but they were +14 in free throw attempts and +7 in makes from the stripe.

Bulls fall to 39-24 while the Pacers move to 27-34. "See Red" is still in the 2nd slot as the Cavs lose in Atlanta. Pacers holing onto #8 for dear life with Miami and Charlotte hovering between #7 and #99.
