C'mon did you think looking at the schedule this game wouldn't mean anything in NFL week 9? Steelers and Ravens both his Heinz at 5-3 chasing the Boys from the "Jungle on the Ohio" the Bengals in the AFC north.

The Ravens come in having let one slip last week in Cincy as they get swept by the Bengals in the AFC north series. QB Joe Flacco though has found a new target in WR Steve Smith Sr. who has been dominant. That Steelers Secondary has to be on "Ready Alert 89" as Smith turns to Angry Bird 89 by game time!

The Steelers won't explode one would think like they did versus the Colts last week and if they do lookout as there isn't enough crab cakes for Steelers Nation to throw in Three Rivers. Can the Ravens "D" slow down Big Ben and Company as you can throw out all the numbers wit the Steelers having weapons all over the place in this one.

"Sunday Night Football" NFL Week 9 November 2, 2014
@
Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, PA
NFL on NBC at 8:30pm ET Kickoff

#BALvsPIT Game Outlook:

The Baltimore Ravens come in 7th in the NFL with a lofty 27.1 ppg and 8th in rushing with just over 128 ypg. That run game has enabled QB Flacco to eye his targets down field namely Steve Smith Sr.. Both RB Justin Forsett and WR Smith Sr. have emerged as the #1 targets for the Purple Browns on offense. The Steelers must be able to slow the run down and then get after Flacco like they did Colts QB Andrew Luck last week. Hurries not getting home is just as important if not more important.

The Steelers passing game at 291.1 ypg (4th NFL) has been explosive of late. The emergence of room WR Martavis Bryant has been huge for the Steelers especially in the red zone. The Ravens will be without #1 CB Jimmy Smith and that might open up even more targets for the Steelers WR's.

RB Le'veon Bell must be stopped on the ground and Antonio Brown in the air as the Black and Yellow might have found plenty more options in week 8 vs the Colts. The Ravens "D" is #1 in the red zone and DT Haloti Ngata #92 in your Purple Browns program must be stopped. Ravens "D" only giving up 16.2 ppg (2nd NFL) and 90.4 ypg (7th vs the run) has been locked in all season long. Can the Steelers o-line who has looked much-improved the last two weeks stop T-Sizzle and Elvis Dumervil?

Winner: Steelers 27-16 as Big Ben and company on offense are reaching new heights!
