It is nice to see Derrick Rose back in uniform for the Bulls all jokes aside as See Red needed all of that 24 points on 9 of 20 from the field to hold off a feisty Pistons bunch led by former Bulls back up PG DJ Augustin (16 pts).

The Bulls took a 60-44 lead into the break only to see themselves in  a ball game heading into the 4th. The Pistons used a 26-18 3rd frame to get back into the ball game as Detroit back court of Brandon Jennings and K.C.P. dba Kentavious Caldwell-Pope got loose. They combined for 14 of the Pistons 26 in the frame.

The Bulls rode the back of D-Rose but also Pau of Spain and Jo of Hell's Kitchen N.Y.C. as they combined to control the "Painted-Area" with 30 points, twenty-nine rebounds, and ten assists. The Pistons made a run behind Augustin cutting that Bulls lead to 90-88 with just under three minutes to go.

The Bulls apart going to Gasol for a "J" and the "See Red Butler" hitting a huge money ball dagger for a Bulls 95-88 lead and they never looked back. Butler added 19 points including 4 for 7 from far west suburb Aurora, Illinois. Bulls went onto win 102-91 but it was closer than the score indicated.

The Pistons get 19 points and eleven boards from J-Smoove dba Josh Smith. Greg Monroe and D.J. Augustin add 16 points apiece as G-Monroe cannot stay out of trade rumors as he must get out of Deeeetroit Basketball with Mr. Drummond holding court!

Bulls move to 6-2 and the Pistons to 2-5...
