Before we get into the particulars the Eagles lose QB Nick Foles and Captain and MLB DeMeco Ryans. The Texans lose RB Arian Foster and Islands Kareem Jackson and Jonathan Joseph as "Call of Duty" breaks out in NFL Week 9.

The Eagles offense outlasted the Texans "D" as Foles (before injuring his shoulder) threw a 59-yard TD pass to J-Mac dba Jeremy Maclin (6 rec 158 yds 2 TD) for an Eagles 7-0 lead. The Texans tied the game on a A.J. Bouye pick six covering 51 yards making it 7-7.

The Game then belonged to Eagles 2nd stringer Mark "Sanchise" Sanchez as he threw for 202 yards and two TD's on 15 for 22 and two INT's. He was helped though by 'Shady" McCoy as the Eagles finally feed #25 as he ran for 117 yard on 23 carries. Eagles 3rd RB Carlos Polk of Big Red Lincoln added 50 yards on eight carries and a score as the Eagles move into 1st place in the NFC east.

The Texans had their chances as 2nd-year WR DeAndre Hopkins hauled in six pigs for 115 yards and a score. It was losing Foster that was the crushing blow as he left with 56 yards on fifteen carries and 63 yards on two grabs and a score. Texans QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was 13 for 27 for 202 yards and two TD's and an INT but he left plenty of throw out there and that is weekly talking about that issue with "Fitz"!

The Eagles move to 6-2 and the Texans fall to 4-5...

Note: Who would Jets Nation like to have at QB now...Vick, Geno, or "Sanchise'?
