The St. Louis Rams will not win the rugged NFC west but what they have established is when you play them it will be back in alley as anything goes. The Rams lined up against the then 7-2 AFC west leading Denver Broncos and smashed United in Orange as Manning Mile High and the boys had no shot!

Yes Manning Mile High threw for 389 yards on 34 for 54 and a TD with 2 INT. Both Broncos WR's  Demaryius Thomas and "Go Go" Sanders combined for 100 yards and they still took an "L". Looking at it closer Denver was 4 for 12 on 3rd down and 0 for 3 on 4th down. No Red Zone Trips and no FG's for United in Orange and that is an "Area 51" mystery.

Meanwhile Rams QB Shaun Hill threw for 220 yards but had a run game. War Eagles RB of Auburn University Tre Mason ran for 113 yards on 29 carries. Former Titans 1st rounder Kenny "State University of Jersey" Britt grabbed four pigs for 128 yards and a TD.

The Rams "D" dominated and they went a lot of man to man on the outside daring the Broncos WR's to beat them....and they did but not when it counted. Rams place kicker Greg "Leg-A-Tron" Zuerlien was straight margarine hitting all five of his field goals including one from Columbia, Missouri.

The Broncos fall to 7-3 and the Rams move to 4-6. More importantly the Broncos will be watching closely the Pats/Colts game tonight as if the Pats win they will lead the AFC at 8-2. They lose the Colts, Broncos, and Patriots will all have three losses.
