The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to make progress signing their 2013 Rookie Draft Class inking 2nd round pick Michigan State and Columbus, Ohio Area Native Le'Veon Bell to a four-year deal.

The Steelers have a major need at running back as far as a lead back which is the #1 back that can be an every down back and be counted on to play. In 2012 the Steelers struggled in the run game due to the constant shuffling of backs between Isaac "REDdawg" Redman, Jonathan "JYD" Dwyer, and now current Cardinal and former Steeler 1st rounder Shard Mendenhall.  Bell should be the day one starter as he has top prove it in camp but all the tools are there as he led the big ten in Rushing in 2012 with some 1,700 plus yards.

Bell at 6-1 and just under 250 el bees is a big power back that the Steelers have been missing. WHen you see Le'Veon on tape he reminds me of former Titan Eddie George but not a straight up and down runner but physical at the point of attack. Steelers don't usually roll with the Rooks right out the gate but a disappointing 2012 has changed a little how they do things on the South Side Complex in the 'Burgh. Bell should have a major impact from Week 1 on the Steelers Offense.
