Carmines LHP Jon Lester didn't have his "Stuff" but lucky his counterpart Tigers RHP Doug Fister threw the Bo Sox Batting Practice as the Red Sox and Tigers put crooked numbers all over the scoreboard for a 10-6 Red Sox win. Lester gave up five in 5 2/3 innings and Fister gave up six in only 3 1/3 as Red Sox Right Fielder Shane Victorino had a day.

Victorino went 4 for 5 scoring a run and knocking in five ducks off the Carmines Pond. He was followed by multi-hit games from teammates Ellsbury, Pedroia, Drew, Iglesias, and Back Stop Napoli. The Tigers Miggy Cabrera continued his assault on Major League Pitching raising his average to .368 going four for four with a Bomb as he knocked in three Tigers. Not counting my Rawlings Hardballs before there pitched but this has ALDS written all over it. Unfortunately for the Carmines now the hard part as they will face Scherzer and Verlander the rest of the way.

I told you earlier in the week with a plethora of talent on the Hill and at the Dish the Toronto Blue Jays might wake up before the Mid-Summers Classic and start to do damage on foes. Well they get a walk-off single to beat the Orioles 7-6 for their ninth straight "W". O's starter Hammel lasted through six giving up four. 'Jays Starter and 2012 NL Cy Young Winner R.A. Dickey gave up six in six inning as he was on the hook for the "L". 'Jays Pitchers Brett Cecil and Closer Casey Janssen shut the door the rest of the way for the Jays. O's First Baseman Chris Davis hits another Bomb a Three-Run Shot as that gives him an MLB Leading 27. The O's fall to 42-32 and the 'Jays are all of a sudden at .500...36-36 as Jose Reyes is due back soon.

The Rangers and Cards started as though the Bullpens will be used early and often in this one then the actions settled down after two. With nothing but goose eggs on the board from the 2nd inning on Rangers Right Fielder Nelson Cruz gets a 2-run single in the top half of the Ninth to beat the Cards 6-4. The Rangers chased Redbirds Starter Tyler Lyons after an Inning and a 1/3. The Rangers Derek Holland lasted until the 7th as things calmed down for him. To the Redbirds Credit that Pen pitched six innings allowing not a run.
