The Dodgers took one on the shin in  game 1 6-4 but bounce back in game #2 of the double-dip vs the Bronx Bombers by the score of 6-0. It was a combo of what the Boys in Blue need from the Bump and at the Dish. Dodgers RHP Chris Capuano goes six scoreless only allowing three hits and striking out four yanks. Then it was the Yasiel Puig and Hanley Ramirez Show as they combined for 4/8 and three runs scores and three ribbies. Puig went Yankee Stadium Short Porch in the 8th to show that opposite field get-up and the Dodgers move to 30-40 and to get back into the NL West Race they need a week and a half of .900 plus Hardball. The Yanks fall to 39-32 and remain in the #3 slot in the AL East.

The Ranger took game one lost game two and then rebound to take game three as they hammer the Athletics 9-4. The Rangers brought out the "Big Boy" Twigs as they get nine runs on fourteen hits as Lance Berkman goes 6th frame 2-run Big Fly to cap a 4-run Frame that ended the A's hope of any comeback. Ranger OF Nelson Cruz continues to carry the Rangers Offense as he goes 3 for 5 with two ribbies. A's Starter Tommy Milone gets roughed up and chased after 5 1/3. Rangers Starter Justin Grimm stayed in their long enough to get credit for the "W" as he went five and gave up three.

The NL Central is going to be fight until the finish as the Reds take a 13 inning affair from the Pittsburgh Pirates 2-1. The Pirates Jeff Locke and the Reds Bronson Arroyo both went seven strong and Locke was on the Hook to get the "W" until the Reds stuck in the bottom of the ninth for the 1-1 tie. Reds OF Jay Bruce took arguably the Senior Circuit's Best Closer in Jason Grilli deep for a Solo Bomb to tie. First Blown Save for Grilli all season long as he was 25/25 coming into the game. The Buccos will try to get the 4-game split on Thursday. @DatDudeBP ..Reds Second Baseman Brandon Phillips gets the game-winner in the 13th.
