Jason Kidd's Nets Lead Man possibility is catching some "MO" and the Nets are looking to make a splash. Yes Kidd and Nets and COO of the Barclays...Point God D-Will 8 are extremely tight but its business and that can't mix with pleasure. Yes Kidd would make an excellent Lead Man in the Logo as a player that has played that long and has been around USA Basketball and all them coaches is more than ready. The negative is that there are some candidates that are more Lead-Man Ready than Kidd like Pacers Associate Head Coach Brian Shaw also from the Town...East Bay. More than half of NBA Coaching is how you handle personalities with the other Player Development and Scheme or Philosophy. Can Kidd pus the ladder together by the opening of camp in the Fall 2K13? If he does get the Gig his Assistants will be vital to his success as the players will love him.

They say in a Contract Year as a Coach depending on your expectations within the organization making Winning Time and even going on a deep run should give you the benefit of the doubt. Well this is the new Logo and apparently everyone wants to hit a home run as the analytical part is starting to play a more important role as actual scheme. Number Crunching is a huge part of the game and becoming paramount in NBA Organizations Success. Having said all of that the 2012-13 NBA Coach of the Year is out...a Coach that led his team to the Conference Finals is out and four other Winning Time Coaches.

George Karl Nuggets (2012-13 NBA Coach of the Year)
Lionel Hollins Grizzlies Conference Finals
Vinny Del Negro Clips 1st Round Exit
P.J. Carliesimo Nets 1st Round Exit (Interim Coach)
Jim Boylan Bucks 1st Round Exit (Interim Coach)
Larry Drew Hawks 1st Round Exit (New Bucks Coach)

Karl's was W-L in Winning Time and wanted Extension...

Hollins begged for his job and the Grizz Brass listened and he wasn't wanted back

VDN didn't have the Players on Board with him...I saw this one coming when they hired him

P.J., and Boylan wee lame duck coaches as they were interim Lead Man as Bucks fired Scott "Plymouth, Indiana" Skiles and the Nets fired Avery "The General" Johnson...

Drew wasn't from the Spurs Tree nor Duke and he exits and walks into the Bucks Job....Thanks Danny Boy!

Then J-Kidd is before Karl, Hollins, and B-Shaw.....Hmmmmm!
