The Saints Players had to know it was coming and they should have known messing with the NFL and Roger That all by his lonesome that they would get harsh punishment.

Today the NFL reportedly suspended Saints MLB Jonathan Vilma, Miami born and raised and starred at the U in Coral Gables with Partner in Crime current Broncos Captain and MLB DJ Williams (DJ also starred at Concord California Football Powerhouse De Lasalle HS), a 1-year suspension for his role as the Lieutenant in the Bounty Program taking orders directly from Saints Defensive Coordinator Gregg Williams.

The so called findings, oh and I would love to see who snitched or who found out all that Bounty Info to make this call, also concluded Vilma was to pay up to $10K to knock out Red Zone's QB Kurt Warner or Purple People QB Brett Favre in the Playoffs in 2009.

Here is where the Plot thickens.....what in Wilson Pigskins does the NFLPA (National Football League Players Association) as far as the Saints Players Suspensions because we are talking unprecedented findings of Premeditated behavior that has no place in society let alone Sunday Football. Does the union try to appeal the suspensions levied by Goodell or do they call the players and tell them we have no grounds to really do anything right now to protect what has happened because it is borderline criminal behavior.

As for Vilma a whole season lost and the humiliation of knowing your were at the Top of the Bounty Program and took orders directly from Saints D-Coordinator Gregg Williams might get you less friends not that he cares but that is a serious hit on your character and beliefs. Trying purposely to injure a player that is already playing a violent sport maybe Goodell should have suspended him from ever playing again. That is way out there but in terms of if they have a Bounty on a player and they injure that player for life what then?

The other 3 Saints Players suspended...DE Will Smith (currently a starter for the Saints D), DT Anthony Hargrove (who last played for the GB Packers), and MLB Scott Fujita (who now plays for the Dawg Pound In Cleveland) all received suspensions as well and unlike Vilma who is telling or what did the NFL find on these individuals to warrant multiple game suspensions.
