The Lakers didn't protect the paint and Nuggets Center JaVale McGee took his Inner WILT 20K on and smashed the Lakers Bigs for 21 and 14 and 2 No No's. Nuggets PG Dre Miller, comfortable back at home in L.A., went for 24 and 8 helpers as he felt like the Old Andre Miller and the Nuggets get a hard fought W...102-99 and back to the Big Soda Pop Bottle we go for Game #6.

The Lakers never got in sync and the Nuggets kept them off balance by pushing the Orange at the Lakers and making their Bigs go baseline to baseline. The Black Mamba getting 43 on 14-32 and 5-11 with the Money ball will not get the Lakers to OKC for the next round. Drew and the Spaniard Gasol combined for 25 and 21 and that will not get the Lakers another W in the series if their Bigs don't become more of a focal point in the Offense...Coach Mike Brown.

The really frightening part about the series is that the Nuggets Perimeter Players have not really shot the Orange well. The Law of Averages says they will have a chance in the next one if not two to redeem themselves and that does not bode well for the LAKEshow at all.

McGee and Kenneth Faried aka the MANIMAL have now found their roles. It could be difficult for the Lakers to Stop both of these young and talented players who are finding themselves under the watchful eyes of one Coach Karl. Now the Lakers have to board a Charter for another trip to Mile High to close out a hungry bunch that seems to be gaining MO on their side.
