It doesn't take the BLUEDUDE long to figure out who is who because I always know where the next thing is....whether it be a replacement or movement within in organization.

The O-Magic finally run the Credits for the General Amway Center (not General Hospital) and they do away with 2 Co-Stars and keep the Main Attraction. Gone is Magic GM Otis Smith and Lead Man Coach Stan Van Gundy. Like Mr. Incredible would say," I KNOW YOUR IN THERE". Superman of Mouse Town is still in the building which doesn't necessarily mean he is etched in the Amway Center Foundation forever.

The one question I have now is the Magic Job a really good job? I will put it to you like this there are ONLY 30 Jobs in the Logo so the Bobcats empty Lead Man Spot is a good one if you can get it. The problem is after you get it what to do with it.

I have out together of what the BLUEDUDE knows is out there and would do an even better job (an UpGrade if you will) on the Magic Job.

Current and Former NBA Coaches, Execs, and Personnel guys to take the Lead Post and Lead Man's Job in O-Town is sponsored by....bring the Huggies and Similac for Superman is not Clark Kent he is a Dwight Howard and he is cries a lot, doesn't eat his food, and it's his way or the Unemployed in the Logo:

LEAD Post (GM) Candidates for Magic

Danny Ferry Spurs VP of Basketball OPS former Cavs GM: Ferry is more than capable he had a nice run in Cleveland managing LeBron and then the Cavs.

Steve Kerr TNT NBA Analyst former Suns VP of Basketball OPS: Kerr did some nice things in Phoenix and if given another shot he might be better in O-Town that's even if he is willing to look at another job. The one good thing about working in TV....you never lose.

Pacers Assistant Kevin Pritchard former Blazers GM: now a Pacers Assistant he will be known as the guy who drafted Greg Oden and passed up on Kevin Durant. I still think he has a good Basketball mind and feel for the Management Process and would be a good fit for the Magic.

Thunder Assistant GM Troy Weaver: under that Spurs/Thunder Umbrella and it would be only fitting for the Thunder to play the Spurs as they Whole Thunder Front Office is off the Spurs Management Tree.  Weaver is known as Thunder GM Sam Presti's Right Hand and Presti has built the Thunder into O'Brien Chasers quickly.

David Morway Pacers GM: under the Bird Watch all he has done with Larry Legend is make the Pacers into the 2nd or 3rd Best Team in the East.

Jeff Bowers former Hornets GM: Bowers is all business all the time and he has already interviewed for the Blazers Job Twice. He might be in the early lead because of his ability to get Dwight's Attention quickly.

LEAD Man (Head Coach) for Magic Job

Brian Shaw Pacers Assistant: He should have had the Lakers job and putting him down their with Dwight and the Triangle Offense would benefit all parties. B-Shaw is from the town (Oakland) and played with Shaq in O-Town in his hey day. A former Magic player Shaw was.....

Patrick Ewing Magic Assistant: 33 has spent 5 of 9 seasons under Van Gundy and he is a Top Candidate for Bobcats Job....which mean absolutely nothing at this point.

Nate McMillan Former Rip City Blazers Coach: Nate would be excellent being one of two coaches on this list that has worked with Howard. Coach Nate is a Team USA Assistant and he has been a NBA Lead man for the last 12 seasons with the Sonics and Blazers.

Whatever direction the Magic go they have to get the Person who is the right fit for the Job. Asking a Franchise Player what he thinks is sometimes good if that Franchise players understands the Process. Dwight doesn't and to build a Quality Organization in the Logo a Player can manage upstairs and be productive on the hard court to.
