Is Brooklyn in the house yes indeed. All that LIN sanity, WOODsanity, MELO Me Me, and Fireman Stat move all that over and head to the Brooklyn side of the Town.

With the Barclays Center opening for the 2012-13 Logo Season there is a lot to be optimistic about for Nets Fans as they have plenty to celebrate for. Maybe the Top Overall Pick in the 2012 Logo Draft next Month and the nest have more Cap Space then anyone in the logo for 2012-13.

Does this mean good things will happen absolutely not but they have MUCHO DINERO and the Joker...D-Will 8 will have a hard time saying NO to Pro (Prohkorov)and Hov (Jay-Z). They can offer the Joker more Cash than anyone and the way the Mavs look why not stay in Brooklyn with all that good fortune your assuming is coming their way and the potential to get Anthony Davis or Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

The BLUEDUDE recently looked at the ATM's for Teams in the Logo for 2012-13 and the Nets are primed to make a run at not only the Joker but maybe one more Mid to Top Shelf piece.

Note: All monies in Millions

Let's take a Look at the 2012-13 Payroll and how it is broke up for the Nets in 2012-13:

GUARANTEED for 2012-13

G/F Anthony Morrow $4,000,000
F/C Johan Petro $3,500,000
Marshon Brooks $1,193,280 (Rookie Deal)

TEAM OPTION for 2012-13

F Damion James $1,329,720

PLAYER OPTIONS for 2012-13

F Gerald Wallace $11,437,500
PG Jordan Farmar $4,250,000
PG/Sniper the Joker D-Will 8 $17,779,457

QUALIFYING OFFER for 2012-13

C Brooks Lopez $4,190,850

Rookie Guaranteed Slot is at $3,500,000

As of right now if all these Contracts are on the Brooklyn Nets books not counting Rookie 1st Round Salary for 2012-13 they are at $46,260,137 Million.

Taking away just the Joker's Player Option puts the Nets at $28,481,000

You see the Nets have major leverage from a Cap Standpoint but the one chip that has to fall is they must Get and Keep Deron Williams. He is their Future, their Draw at the gate, and their bait on the Hook for potential Big Named Free Agents.

Would it be a perfect Scenario if they get NJ Native Michael Kidd-Gilchrist aka MKG, re-sign the Joker, and G-Wallace picks up his Player option and they also sign Gerald Green. The Barclays would be off to a nice start in their new Diggs.
