Average years of service for a Sunday Back is around 5 to maybe 6 seasons. The NFL'S Best RB tore his knee up at the end of last season and vows to come back even stronger that being the Purple People's "ALL DAY" Adrian Peterson.

Let's look closer and who would you rate 2-5 behind AP on Sunday? The BLUEDUDE goes in Depth to give you not by who is making the most dough but who is dominating when its their turn to get the Pigskin and go.

A QB Driven League's Top Backs behind the Purple People's "All Day" AP is sponsored by...what kind of Gear are you wearing when you hit the A GAP.....Swoosh, Protect this House, Zig Zag, or Three Stripes?

In order the the Top Running Backs on Sunday behind AP:

2. Arian Foster TEXANS 278 Atts. 1,224 Yds. 53 recs. 617 Yds 10 Tds : Ask the Ravens and MLB Ray Lewis about Foster in last year's Playoff game where the ravens could not stop him. Mr. Undrafted is as shifty and a missed tackle on the 2nd Level from Pay Dirt. He has made life for Texans QB Matt Schaub and the TEs and WRs better. Hands down the best back behind AP and it isn't even close.

3. Ray Rice RAVENS 291 Atts.  1,364 Yds.  76 Recs. 704 Yds. 12 Tds: One you can't see him behind the Line and he is as good as he is Running the ball as Catching the Ball. His low center of gravity gets him leverage as a ball-carrier. Very explosive at the point of attack and shifty and will make you miss or run over you. Rice is the reason Flacco hasn't completely lost it in the pocket.

4. LeSean McCoy EAGLES 237 Atts  1,309 Yds  48 Recs  315 Yds 17 Tds: His new contract is the benchmark for guys like Rice and Bears RB Matt Forte. Maybe the best feet of any of the RBs. The ability of McCoy to make you miss anywhere on the field sacred Defenders and when he is 2nd Level you do not want him coming at you in the Open Field with no Boundaries for help.

5. Maurice Jones-Drew JAGUARS 343 Atts.  1,606 Yds.  43 Recs. 374 Yds 8 Tds: Pocket Hercules is jut that. If 2011 Rookie QB Blaine Gabbert doesn't have Jones-Drew behind him he loses every game he starts. Like Ray Rice his Center of gravity is low so he is very hard to get to the ground. Can the Jags use Jones-Drew wisely without running him into the ground in 2012.

6. Frank Gore 49ERS 282 Atts.  1,211 Yds. 17 Recs. 114 Yds 8 Tds: A definite 2-Down Running Back but in the Top 5 because of his ability to run the Pigskin and his toughness. What makes QB Alex Smith isn't Smith's new found confidence in throwing the Pigskin but having #21 behind him. Between the Tackles Monster and the Niners have them a Beast for Closing Time in the 4th Frame in Gore.
