Just about...now counting around 20 or so weeks Vikings RB Adrian "ALL DAY" Peterson vows to return by Week 1 of Sundays against the Jags.  Reports coming out of 10K lakes is that AP is already running and doing agility drills and looking at his physique I would not bet against him.

The bigger question is are the Vikes even a good enough team all around for AP to rush back into playing or should they take their time with him so he is as close to 100% as he can get. Players like him want to Play and he is a Grade A Teammate but what's the rush when the Vikes chances this season are minimal compared to what is in the NFC North.

Whenever AP is ready he will be ready and the Vikes should have a little resistance in letting their Franchise Player come back from such a devastating injury. The Purple People made a step in the right direction getting both AP and QB Ponder a new bodyguard in Men of Troy's mammoth OT Matt Kalil.

The NFL officials are looking for a new deal and as of right now both sides are not even close and the NFL and the Officials know how important this deal is. The Old Officials deal expires at the and of May 2012 as both sides try to hammer out a deal.

Reportedly the NFL might look to Top NCAA Football Officials if there is no agreement in place and the negotiations are ongoing between the NFL and the Officials.
