The L.A Dodgers needed a kick start from somewhere and then they start to get Key Players back into the fold like Grienke and Hanley Ramairez and Matt Kemp and Carl Crawford both go down with hamstrings. Well he is not the "Man of Steel" but for the Boys in Blue he was Chavez Ravine and the Dodger Faithful have ordered.

Enter 22 year-old Right Fielder and Cuban-Born Yasiel Puig (pictured right) as the Dodgers called him up and he has more than answered the bell. Puig goes 2 for 4 in last nights Dodgers one run victory over the 'Dres. Tonight Mr. Puig goes 3 for 4 including five ribbies, crossing the dish twice, and two of those hits went yard. The Dodgers win 9-7 and they needed a boost and are getting one from Puig. Those Big Flies had nice value to them as they were two-run and three-run bombs.

The Boys in Blue needed all the help they could get as Dodgers Starter Ted Lilly lasted just four innings giving up a crooked five runs. The Dodger then get him off the hook and chase 'Dres Starter Clayton Richard after 4 1/3 with a crooked four and three in the bottom halves of both the 5th and 6th innings. Dodgers move to 25-32 as they are believe it or not the "Bottom Feeders" in the the NL West. The 'Dres fall to 26-32 juts a 1.2 game ahead of the Dodgers.

Puig will definitely be in that Dodgers line up for now and where are they going to put him when Kemp and Crawford are both healthy or do they move Outfielder Andre Ethier? I know I am getting ahead of myself but that is defeiniyely something to think about. The Dodgers will be smart and see what Puig's end of June Numbers will look like before they entertain that thought.
