The 6th longest NHL Game in Playoff History and the Bruins have to be scratching their heads leading 3-1 in the 3rd frame and they couldn't put this one away. The Blackhawks get two goals in the middle of the third frame to tie and then its goes into Thursday in two times zones before we could get a winner. Hawks finally put the lid on Game 1 with a 4-3 "W".

The Bruins Left Winger Milan Lucic had the Bruins first two goals and he had plenty of chances to get a hat Trick but couldn't get the Frozen One back into the Net. The Net Minders played lights out and for Bruins Tuukka Rask, who by the way is getting a little more pub than Hawks Net Minder Corey "Craw-Dad" Crawford, saved some 59 of 63 shots on goal. Craw-Dad saved 51 of 54 shots on goal and in the overtime periods both goalies were wearing their Patrick Roy Hats as they denied, denied, and denied again.

The Turning point of the Overtime Periods was when Bruins Right Winger Nathan Horton was lost to an injury that shuffled the Bruins Up front and the Hawks knew it. Still the game-winner didn't come from the Hawks until the 3rd frame. The Hawks get the game-winner on a redirect-redirect off of Bolland's redirect to get it by Rask and send Blackhawks Nation into a Stanley Cup Frenzy.

Game Two is Saturday June 15 at the Madhouse on Madison....
