The FALL CLASSIC is just around the CORNER and TEAMS are trying to position themselves for the stretch run. The Fightin' PHILS are trying to hold off the BRAVES in the NL EAST. The BREW CREW and NL MVP Leading Candidate Prince FIELDER aka HIPHOPoppotumus has the BREWERS surging ahead in the NL CENTRAL. The Defending WORLD CHAMPS and SKIPPER Bruce BOCHY aka SKIP START CHEWING GUM NOT TOBBACCO are ahead in the NL WEST over the D-BACKS.

The BOSOX stay ahead of the PINSTRIPES barely in the AL EAST. The RANGERS were really hot in JULY and the HALOS to their credit stayed on their heels in the AL WEST. The AL CENTRAL will be a DOGfight as the MOTOR CITY TIGERS are still at the TOP wiht the TRIBE and PALE HOSE right there.
