2011 NFL Top CENTERS.......Jets MANGOLD leads the CENTERS...and a 2nd Year Player is on his TAIL.....Who might that be?

The NASTIES........the guys up front that Television never follows......They are the Bump and Grind DUDES that get real nasty in the heat of battle. The CENTERS are the Brains of NFL Lines and the Guards and Tackles are the STEMS off the BRAINS to help their QB, RB, WR, and/or TE do what they need to do for an OFFENSE to be sound and productive.

Let's get right to it.......the TOP NFL CENTERS (BRAINS) of the Offensive Line:

1. Nick MANGOLD JETS the OHIO STATE University: His Lil SIS tried to play to and i think she played HS FOOTBALL if I am not mistaken. The ANCHOR and HEART of the JETS Offense. Ask QB Mark SANCHEZ who gets it going for them......he'll say without hesitation......NICK up front. Strong as an OX and very good hands not superbly athletic but a LINEMAN'S LINEMAN.

2. Maurkice POUNCEY STEELERS the SWAMP: TWIN is no joke......even last STEELER Training Camp NT Casey HAMPTON said ," I like POUNCEY real athletic and STRONG. You know Most Centers are either real strong or real athletic...he is both. That Quote served well his rookie season 2nd Team ALL-PRO and a Pro Bowl Selection...NEED I SAY MORE.

3. Andre GURODE 'BOYS COLORADO BOULDER: The real deal and no real weaknesses. You Remember when a guy by the name of Albert Haynesworth kicked that Player in Adelphia Coliseum....that Player was GURODE....because GURODE was kicking his BUTT on every play.......DON'T GET MAD ALBERT...calling it like I see it.

4. Alex MACK DAWG POUND CAL BEARS: The Steelers the year before POUNCEY wanted this DUDE......He is as sound as a NAVY SEALS SNIPER. If you are coming up the middle on the BROWNS there will be a STOP SIGN....it's MACK....then you have that MAMMOTH of a HUMAN BEING Joe THOMAS on that line as well. Remember HOLMGREN is calling the SHOTS over there....WATCHOUT

5. Ryan KALIL Men of TROY PANTHERS: The better you use your hands in blocking the better run blocker you will become. The master with his mitts.....HANDS DOWN the best interior Lineman with his hands. Why do you think DeAngelo WILLIAMS of MEMPHIS and Jonathan STWEART of the QUACK ATTACK get off the line of scrimmage to the 2nd level so easy.......KALIL BABY

6. Matt BIRK HARVARD CRAB CAKE BOYZ: OK wait......you know when I saw HARVARD I had JOKES right?.........Nothing for you.....I told you CENTERS were the BRAINS of the Operations and it holds true with this guy. He is the consumate professional and the LINE around him is AIR TIGHT because of HIM. Ask Joe FLACCO who has been his biggest help outside of his QB Coach and Offensive Coordinator....He'll tell you Mr. BIRK

7. Dan KOPPEN CHESTNUT HILL PATS: The man in front of Tom BRADY. I would have never knew it KOPPEN and he doesn't get a lot of Headlines until you go into that LOCKER ROOM. He is the BRAINS of a Line that has guys like Logan MANKINS and Sebastian VOLLMER. BRADY is upright not because of VOLLMER and MANKINS....but because o th BRAINS of the Operations.....KOPPEN

8. Nick HARDWICK BOILERMAKER West Lafayette BOLTS: A blue-Collar Center that keeps the BOLTS Passing Game and Pro Bowl QB Phillip RIVERS off the GRASS and in the AIR moving. A former Walk-On at PURDUE has worked his way to a 7 year NFL Career so far and he should be adding on more years soon.

9. Scott WELLS O' ROCKY TOP TENNESSEE the PACK: Not the biggest of centers but gets the job done. A very good technician and you don't see the PACK have any Problems with keeping people off of Aaron RODGERS do you. Plus that PACK running game will get going as well all because of the ANCHOR in the Middle......WELLS

10. Jeff SATURDAY FRANKLIN STREET Chapel HILL NC COLTS: DID anyone of my BLUEDUDE HEADS know that SATURDAY protects one of th 8 wonders of the WORLD in Peyton MANNING?......you do now. He is a SPECIAL PLAYERS and Peyton would probably tell always deferring to his teammates....that SATURDAY makes everything happen. Well look at this STAT. Only given up 3 SACKS in the last 3 SEASONS......OUCH.....and the END is NEAR.....well maybe.

You all know out there I wanted to put my TWIN at #1 but MANGOLD has just a little bit more seasoning and TWIN has to get to the FRIDGE more.........a little more weight would vault POUNCEY into #1.
