It as no secret as he climbed steadily the NBA Draft Boards for 2015 as NBA Scouts don't even look at three or four-year college basketball player so it seems. 6-7 220 lb Duke Freshman Justise Winslow will enter the 2015 NBA Draft through numerous media outlets and it was no surprise.

Bloodline Winslow (Dad played for that "Phi Slamma Jamma" Houston Cougars Squads that featured NAB Hall of Famers then Akeem the "Dream" Olajuwon and Clyde the "Glyde" Drexler to name a few) arguably was the best all-around player for the Dukies in 2014-15 showing his strength of defending multiple positions and a monster finisher in transition. Most scouts liken him to a James Harden with Defense but I like him more as Harden's current teammate and two-time national champion from the Florida Gators in Corey "Brew Crew" Brewer.

Winslow like "Brew Crew" isn't defined by a position and he isn't a classic "Tweener" but a ball player that impacts the game in a multitude of ways. As a GM this guy has major value as he will be able to adapt too any system or regime as he thinks "D" first and foremost and you cannot teach that anywhere. It's either in you or it isn't period and Winslow is all of that scattered, smothered, and covered on "D" as it will be interesting to see his Wingspan measurements at the NBA Combine!

The Freshman Wing Forward averaged 12.5 ppg 6.5 rpg as he played along possible 2015 1st Pick "Big Jah" Jahlil Okafor and PG Tyus Jones who has to be on the fence but maybe the best PG in the 2015 NBA Draft he becomes available at least he is on my Draft Board.

Winslow is a Lottery and will not get out of the top 5-10 picks with that size and defensive versatility Scouts and Teams are drooling...

Note: Winslow just turned 19 years of age...the 2014 Mr. Basketball of Texas and a member of Houston Hoops AAU Squad that featured Kansas Kelly Oubre Jr. and UNC's Justin Jackson
