If your going to be the loudest one in the room you had better be the one out front backing it up. Paul Pierce of the Washington Wizards did just that with a "Suit and Tie" 20 points including 4 for 7 from deep. Bradley Beal got going in that 2nd half as well adding 16 points, nine boards and six assists. The Wizards take home court in game 1 in Toronto by the score of 93-86.

The Wizards led at the break 46-42 as Pierce led the Wizards with 10 points and the Raptors were led by Patrick Patterson's 10. The Wiz though pushed that six point halftime lead to nine points 65-56 after three.

It was that #WeTheNorth Bench leading the charge in the 4th scoring 20 of the Raptors 26 points as super-sub and leading Sixth Man of the Year Candidate Lou Williams (10 pts) hit two huge money balls cutting the lead to 79-75. That Raptors Bench outscored the Wiz Bench 48-27 led by Amir Johnson's team-high 18.

Then with the Wizards up 82-79 it was Greivis Vasquez hitting a game-tying money ball as Wall fell down on the screen. The game changed completely though when Dinosaurs PG Kyle Lowry fouled out with 2:36 remaining in the 4th which would comeback to haunt the Raptors in extras!

Then inn Extras the Wizards took off on a 11-4 run to win going away 93-86. Wall-Star of the Wiz Kids D.C. chipped in with 10 points with eight helpers and six boards. Wizards also dominate on the glass 61-48 including some 19 offensive boards.

The Wiz will get Game 2 on Monday in Toronto as they go up 1-0...
