The Kansas Jayhawks landed maybe the best freshman in the land when it all said and once the smoke clears after the 2015-16 college basketball season. 2015 McDonald's All-American Game M.V.P. and 2015 Jordan Brand Classic M.V.P Cheick Diallo is headed to Phog Allen as he picks the Jayhawks over the Johnnies of St. John's and the #BBN Kentucky Wildcats.

Diallo is a smooth athlete that plays within himself but still is spectacular in the open floor and in and around the paint. He shined in both the 2015 Big Mac Game and Jordan Brand Classic in 2015 so much that he walked away with the Hardware.

The 6-9 Diallo playing at Our Savior New American in Long Island, N.Y. was dominant also on the Nike EYBL Circuit the last two seasons as well. Now he joins a talented crop in Lawrence that should be right in the thick of a Final 4 Appearance in 2016.
