The Nashville Predators ties their best of seven series up 1-1 with the Chicago Blackhawks after a convincing 6-2 "W" at the Big 24" Tire on Friday night Bridgestone Arena. The Indian Head fell behind once again early in the first 2-0 as Hawks blue-paint tenant Corey "Craw-Dad" Crawford continues as does that Hawks "D" struggle getting the puck out the zone.

It was  a Colin Wilson score for a 1-0 lead as he stays hot netting two in game 1. Patrick Sharp put the Indian Head right back into game 2 with a whirling dervish of s wrister from a nifty set-up from "Hammer" Niklas Hjalmarsson to tie the game at 1-1. Then maybe the nail in the ole coffin was a Roman Josi score with four ticks left in the lock to end the first that made it 2-1 Preds at the end of one.

Patrick Kane got the Hawks going in the 2nd with a wrister past Pekka Rinne in the 2nd for a 2-2 tie. The "Preds" from there took over as they answered beating "Craw-Dad" again just four minutes after Kane's score making it 3-2 and a lead they would not relinquish the rest of the night!

With the game still in reach the "Preds" score at the 12:40 mark and add two more within two more minutes and some change as the Hockey Gods get close to Hawks Coach Q and tell him its time to put Scott Darling in net.  Nashville goes up 6-3 in the wink of an eye.

Hawks net minder "Craw-Dad" has given up in four frames 9 goals in 47 SOG counting game 1 where he was pulled after going 9 for 12. The Hawks "D" needs to get look themselves in the mirror as well as the Power Play as they burned up 6 minutes including a double-minor in the 2nd and cane up empty.

The Hawks and "Preds" will resume at 2pm ET at the Madhouse on Madison on Sunday April 19th in game 3.

Note: "Preds" All-Star and leader Defenseman Shea Weber went out early in the 2nd and through reports a lower body injury and did not return as we watch that closely heading into game 3.
