At least on the junior circuit you will not find a better hitting first baseman than Miguel Cabrera of the Detroit Tigers. Having said that does he still have a strangle hold as being the best First Baseman in the game or is there someone ready to unseat Cabrera?

Top 5 First Basemen in the Show 2K15 (in order):

1. Miggy Cabrera #MotorCityKitties

2. Jose Abreu #PaleHose

3. Jose Encarnacion #BlueBirds

4. Paul Goldscmidt #DBacks

5. Anthony Rizzo #NorthSiders

Others worth noting...

Freddie Freeman #BravesCountry
Albert Pujols #Halos
Victor Martinez #MotorCityKitties
Carlos Santana 1B/3B #Tribe
Todd Frazier 1B/3B #RedLegs

360 Degrees...

Cabrera Ash, Maple, or Bambo alone is worth of the #1 slot...period!

Abreu came on the scene as a Rook in 2014 and lit up the North Side and I would have told you filling HOF the Big Hurt's Frank Thomas' Shoes would be difficult but Paulie Konerko filled them. Now filling Paulie's Shoes would bean arduous task but Abreu not only looked the part in 2014 but played it as well.  (On my EBay harr.a9 will have Jose Abreu McFarlane Sportspick mid/late April 2015)

Encarnacion has then luxury of being in the same line up as one Jose Bautista and they are menacing at the dish and expect the same in 2015....

"Operation Goldschmidt" was on the shelf last season but I expect him to get back to form in 2015 with Tony LaRussa running the D-Backs front office.

Rizzo like his Chi-City Hardball counterpart Abreu swung for the fences in 2014 and he will be ditto that and be even better in 2015...(On my EBay harr.a9 Anthony Rizzo McFarlane Sportspick mid/late April 2015).
