The Lakers still have the same problem they had last season Pre-Black Mamba Injury and that is Defense. The Lakers couldn't stop the Suns Back Court or the Morris Twins as the Suns come out of Staples 16 Chips Set-Up with an impressive 114-108 "W".

The Black Mamba gets 20 points on 6 of 11 from the Field but the Laker Gang let Suns PG Goran Dragic get 31 points and five boards as Suns other PG Eric Bledsoe nets 18 points and serves up nine assists. Throw in the Morris Twins combining for 37 points, eleven boards, and five assists the Suns get 86 points from two Starters and Two Bench Players and that is called a nice balance.

The Lakers Bench combined for 43 points but only on a combined 17 of 37 and 3 of 8 with the Money Ball. The Lakers were -10 "Rebounding the Vegetable" and they also let the Suns shoot over 50% from the field. The Lakers didn't make their customary run late and they didn't get a defining play to halt the Suns and what they were trying to do. The Lakers are also are still trying to find their rotations as Shooting Guard Jodie Meeks started at Small Forward and Gasol at Center with Injuries part of that equation as well.

The Suns move to 12-9 just like that and the Lake Show falls to 10-11 and in the West as we go to press that is good for #12 of 15 teams...ouch!
