Yes it is a no-brainer even though I would catch some flack from the Cheese Heads over Cheese, Brats, Tailgating, and that Monster coming through A-Gap Fool in Eddie "Brick of Cheese" Lacy of Roll Tide Lore. He was a 2nd rounder and my 2013 Pick for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year by way Cal Berkeley Golden Bears is "Baby Monster on the Outside" Keenan Allen of the Bolts. Allen came out of nowhere but I had him etched on my Draft Board as a #1 Pick at WR regardless of that 4.7 Pro Day 40-yard dash...turn the tape on fools that "Eye in the Sky" never lies. There were a few other worthy including a RB that is starting to get his feet under him in the 'Burgh.

Top 5 Offensive Rookies in order:

1. KEENAN ALLEN WR #BoltsUP (3rd Rd 76th Pick Overall): 66 Pigs 957 Yds 8 TD (pictured right)

Are you kidding me after he didn't play a snap in the 1st game of 2013 Chargers Rook WR Keenan Allen has been a god send for QB Phillip Rivers and that Bolts Offense. Due to injuries his play was extended and he responded to grab 66 Pigs on 957 Yards and eight in your end zone. Not a burner but at 6'2" and north of 210 el bees nice size and elusiveness and excellent route runner enhances his catch-ability in bump and run. A 3rd round steal for the Bolts as he should top 1K yards for 2013 as he has the Chiefs and that tough Secondary to face in NFL Week 17.

2. EDDIE LACY RB #CheeseHeads (2nd Rd 61st Pick Overall) 263 Att 1,112 Yds 10 TD

Yes he looks like ex-Steeler RB Jerome "The Bus" Bettis and the Packers knew exactly what they were getting in this burly of a RB from 'Bama. Lacy has been better than advertised as most Teams were scared off of that Toe Surgery right before his Junior Year (Turf Toe scare) as he has torched Run Defenses on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. He would be my Pick for 2013 Offensive Rookie of the Year but he was penciled into start for the Pack from Day One. I wouldn't be surprised though if still did receive the award.

3. GIOVANI BERNARD RB #WhoDey (2nd Rd 37th Pick Overall)  157 Att 673 Yds 5 TD 51 Pigs 463 Yds 3 TD

Tabbed as a Versatile Back in the Run/Pass game Bernard has lived up to his billing as he is Darren Sproles 2K13 for the Bengals in 2013. The Perfect Compliment to AJ Green, Benjarvus Green-Ellis, and those Bengal TEs in Jermaine Gresham and Tyler Eifert. His Numbers and his Targets as well as touched should only be enhanced even more as he will eventually be an Every down back and have an impact on games like Jamaal Charles of the Chiefs...real talk!

4. Le'VEON BELL RB #BlackAndYellow (2nd Rd 48th Pick Overall) 224 Att 770 Yds 7 TD 44 Pigs 393 Yds

He has flourished here in the last few weeks as the Steelers arguably picked up the # RB in the 2013 NFL Draft. Yes Lacy has had a Monster Rook Campaign but he isn't as polished Bell or even Bernard. A very patient runner at the point of attack running like he has been playing for pay for years along with excellent vision and burst and physical. Bell remember missed the fist four game of 2013 with a sprained foot but also that Steelers O-Line has been playing better as the time went on.

5. ZAC STACY RB #STLRams (5th Rd 160th Pick Overall) 235 Att 958 Yds 7 TD

Yes Jeff Fishers got him one in the former Vandy Star and Alabama Native RB Zac Stacy. At just 5'8" but a Pocket-Hercules Build of 220 plus el bees Stacy has been a "Baby Monster in the A-Gap" for the Rams. The Rams now can concentrate on getting them a #1 WR in the Draft as 2013 1st Rounder Tavon Austin and TE Jared Cook are already etched in Stone in that Rams Offense along with Stacy for 2014.

Missed the Cut:
