The bad news is All-STar PG Russell Westbrook will be out until after the 103-14 All-Star Break. The great news is 3rd-year OKC PG Reggie Jackson is not Russ but more than just solid as he has came into his own and the Thunder still have the Logo's #1 Scorer in KD.

It was a back and forth affair as the Thunder go into Charlotte and get a 89-85 victory. The OKC Offense definitely slows down when Russ is not running the show and teams know this. @kdTREY5 still goes for a game-high 34 points on 14 of 28 and the nerve of KD to grab a Dozen Oranges and wait six OKC Tables. Serge Ibaka and Thabo Sefolosha each added 12 points while "Mr. December" Reggie Jackson nets 10 points on just 4 of 19 shooting. Both teams shot poorly as the Thunder's Advantage was KD.

The mikeCATS were led by PG Kemba Walker's 18 points and seven helpers and Big Al Jefferson's 16 points and eleven boards. The Cats were right there as they finally have a Core to build around in Walker and Big AL. The loss of versatile SF Jeff Taylor to a Ruptured Achilles Tendon hurts as the 2nd-Year Vandy Player was coming into his own and a real steal in that 2012 NBA Draft.

The Thunder move to 24-5 as its will be a another time for other OKC Players to step up notably Jackson and Jeremy Lamb. The 'Cats move to 14-16 but as we go to press that is good enough for #5 in the East.

Regulators...Mount Up!
