The San Diego Chargers are still in the AFC Wild Card Hunt but they need some help. They could hep their own cause by taking down the Denver Broncos in Mile Nigh and that is a tall order to ask the Football Gods. The Broncos are a game up on the New England Patriots for AFC Home-Field throughout and they need to win out it's that simple. Rivers is playing like the old Rivers and Manning Mile High well...is Manning Mile High and that Cold Weather nonsense is just what it is...nonsense!

The Chargers come in with an Offense that has put up some crazy numbers as New Lead Man Mike McCoy has fixed Bolts Franchise QB Phillip Rivers. Rivers has thrown for 3,886 yards and 26 TDs and only 9 INTs with a QB Rating of 106.4. RB Ryan Mathews has been healthy for once in the 16-Game Trek and the new Weapon or Darren Sproles 2K13 is Danny Woodhead who has been "Genie in the Bottle" for the Bolts on 3rd down. TE Antonio Gates is still a huge threat but 2013 3rd Pick WR Keenan Allen of Cal has been the talk of Bolts Nation and is #13 in your Program. The Rookie has been amazing as he embarks on 1K Yards in his Rookie Campaign averaging 6 Pigs for just north of 14 yards per grab. The Bolts will score but they must maintain long drives in order to keep Manning and that prolific Offense off the field. That Broncos "D" will get tested in all phases.

The Broncos are as "Air Tight" as that sparkling 11-2 record is as the Broncos "D" is average at best. Manning Mile High has RB Knowshon Moreno and all that Jazz on the Outside in Decker and Thomas along with the TEs Thomas and Tamme among others. The Broncos will get a Test and that Chargers "D" is 28th vs the Pass and 19th vs the Run and at least on Paper they have no shot!  The Broncos "D" is #7 against the Run and Von Miller has a lot to do with shoring that up. The Pass "D" though is  29th and that is where the Bolts must eat and eat often. Broncos know its a Divisional Game and They are the #1 Seed in the AFC right now and that's what you play for on your way to the Big Bowl...Home Field Advantage.

Winner: BRONCOS 42-38...yes a Shootout as long as there is no Heavy Snow
