Ask around the Olympic Village and not that the Athletes care but the Fans and Followers of the London 2012 Summer Games who are the Two undefeated Teams in Men's Basketball? Most will say Argentina or Spain and of course the U.S..

Don't look now Team Russia is 4-0 in Pool Play and they play Spain straight up and beat them 77-74 led by an unlikely Hero in Vitaliy Fridzon's 24 Points and Team Russia's +18 over the Spaniards in Money Balls. The Difference in the game was from the Arc and a Play or Two here or there.

Spain was led by the Best Post Big in the Olympics Pau Gasol's 20 but that wasn't enough. When Spain jumped out 28-11 after the 1st Frame the Spaniards forgot the game was 4 Frames not 1. The Russians then outscore them by 9 in the 2nd Frame to be down at half a manageable 8....40-32.

The 3rd frame belong to the Russians again as though Team Spain made no adjustments from the 2nd Quarter and the Russians hand them 24-11 3rd Frame..+11 and lead by 3 going into the 4th Frame. They finally play to a 21-21 Battle when it mattered Most for both and the Russians steal one and the Medal Round should be fun.

The Only Two Stats that are in the RED fro,Team Spain was the +18 in Money Balls for Team Russia and and +7 from the Charity Stripe for Russia. Spain needs to attack the Rim more and force Teams to play Big and quit settling for Jumpers.
