The Cleveland Browns made the right pick and now the right pick is on the Shelf with Knee Issues and that is not a Good Sign for a Franchise that hasn't smelled an real success since the Cardiac Kids and Kosar, Minnifield , Newsome, and the Clay Matthews led Dawg Pound.

The Browns now are going through New Ownership and there has been some Rumblings that there will be changes after this Season everywhere including the Top Post where Mike Holmgren is stationed....now stroke your Ego Mike.

The Offense will most likely be led by 28 year old Rookie QB Brandon Weeden from OK State. Yes another Baseball Casualty but he has a Rocket Arm and played in a Spread-Type Offense but why not give him a shot. They also Picked up the Best RB in the Draft in Trent Richardson who has an ailing Knee that he did have Surgery on in February of this Year. If Healthy they will rely on him heavily. The Two Studs up front are OT Joe Thomas and Center Alex Mack.

The Defense is led by Big-Time Linebacker D'Qwell Jackson and Young Corner Joe Haden of Swamp Thing Fame. They did some patch work in the Off Season acquiring Scott Fujita and Frostee Rucker but they will need more than that to overcome Holes all over the Squad.

Key Players and Free Agent Acquisitions for 2012:

QB B. Weeden (2012 1st Round Pick)
RB T. Richardson (2012 1st Round Pick)
WR M. Massaquoi
WR/PR/KR/QB/CB/FS/RB J. Cribbs...did I leave anything on J.C.

OT J. Thomas
C A. Mack

DE F. Rucker (2012 FA Pick Up Bengals)
LB S. Fujita (2012 FA Pick Up Saints)
LB D. Jackson
CB J. Haden
PK P. Dawson

They have a Few Pieces and still building as it is still taking too long for the Dawg Pound to get it together. The Best Offensive Tackle on Sunday is Joe Thomas. Haden is turning into a Promising Island. Richardson if he can get Healthy will be really good. For right now it is all up to Weeden the QB and if he can't get it done McCoy to the Rescue.

Key Schedule Dates in 2012:

Sep. 16 @ the Jungle
Sep. 27 @ #PurpleBrowns
Oct. 7 @ Gotham City Blue
Oct. 14 Bengals

Nov. 4 #PurpleBrowns
Nov. 18 Cowboys
Nov. 25 STILLERS
Dec. 23 @ New Orange Crush
Dec. 30 @ STILLERS

There is work to do in Dawg Pound Nation and the AFC North with the Bengals joining the Ravens and Steelers as a Force will be no joke and don't be surprised if the Browns go 0-6 in the AFC North.
