The Michigan State Spartans came out running on all cylinders hitting four money balls and jumped to a 14-6 lead over Duke early. The Blue Devils then settled down and ran off a 30-11 run to end the 1st half up 38-25 and in complete control of the game.

The second half was no different as the Blue Devils handled all what the Spartans were throwing at them and cruised to a 81-61 victory. Justice Winslow led Duke with 19 points and nine boards with Jahlil Okafor adding 18 points and six boards. Duke shot 37 free throws to Sparty's 16 as the Blue Devils were in the double bonus nearly midway through the 2nd half.

Michigan State was led by Denzel Valentine's 22 points and eleven boards as both Spartans Seniors Travis Trice (16 pts 5 asst) and Branden Dawson (12 pts 7 rebs) gave State all they had. Duke was just too much talent and firepower as they overwhelmed Sparty after that initial Green run to start the game.

Duke now awaits the winner of Kentucky and Wisconsin for Date Night on Monday Night for the National Championship...
