Red Sox CF Jacoby Ellsbury has left a huge void in the Carmines Line Up and Club House as through numerous Media Outlets is now a Yankee. The Deal to land the fleet-footed CF is reportedly over 7-years for $153 Million and there was no way the Carmines were going to pay that even though Ellsbury brings so much to the Diamond. A Lead-Off Hitter, an everyday CF, and Professionals Professional. A stunning signing it is but not that the Yankees signed someone it was who they signed and from their rival.

Now with Ellsbury in the fold ex-Yanks CF Curtis Granderson is leading towards signing with the crosstown Amazins'. This also leaves the Yankees with one part of business to attend to and that is Second Baseman Robinson Cano. Cano is rumored to have one potential suitor that will out pay the Bombers and that is the M's of the Great Northwest. Reportedly the Yanks are around $170 plus million with the M's going a reported $200 plus million to get Cano. Now if the Yanks get Cano back here is their 2014 Opening Day Line Up:

Pinstripes Opening Day Line Up w/Cano

CF Ellsbury
SS #2
2B Cano
1B Tex
C McCann
DH Soriano
RF Ichiro
3B Nunez
LF Gardner

Pinstripes Opening Day Line Up without Cano

LF Gardner
SS #2
CF Ellsbury
1B Tex
C McCann
DH Soriano
3B Nunez
2B Brendan Ryan
RF Ichiro

The Signing of Ellsbury bring a dynamic Outfield with Ellsbury and Brett Gardner from CF to LF and everything needs to be hit on the ground, over the fence or low in the gaps or your Out!

Can the Yanks secure the services of Cano....and will he let some $20-$30 million slide to stay with the Yanks. He needs to ask players like "El Hombre" Halos DH/1B Albert Pujols should I take the Cash or stay in the Bronx Zoo...he should and will get an honest answer.
