The Games that have Divisional or Playoff Implications in the Late Slate 4pm ET Games.

#STLRams @ #49ers

The Rams have been playing almost as good as anyone in the last few weeks in the NFC West and now they get who they want this late in the season the Niners of Fisherman's Wharf and the "Stick". Even with QB Kellen Clemens who Rams Coach Jeff Fisher has on his Fantasy Team weekly the rams Offense has been rolling. Losing Vandy Star RB Zac Stacy is a huge blow but they have fellow Rook Tavon "Snakes in the Grass Morgantown U" Austin in the game Plan as he has taken over with Splash Play after Splash Play. The Niners got back on track last week with a solid outing vs the 'Skins in the 2nd half. That Rams "D" is one of the better young D's out there and it will be a challenge for the Niners just to line up and run the pig. WR "Crab 15" of Fisherman's Wharf Michael Crabtree is supposedly back in action and that is a huge boost to the Passing game that has Two players in it. Which "D" can impact this game will be the winning factor in this one. Niners are 7-4 and must stay ahead of the Cards with dates with the NFC West still left on the schedule.

Winner: 49ERS 27-24

#UnitedInORANGE @ #REDFriday

This game is still one that has been marked on the calendar for quite sometime. Now the Broncos come in with Coach John Fox back and most likely in the booth. They also have RB Knowshon Moreno coming off a career-high but banged up with an ankle injury. The Chiefs have lost Red Jersey Collector Justin Houston as Tamba Hali will play with his Ankle Sprain from last week. The Chiefs never got to Manning Mile High two weeks ago and that is likely to happen again. They are both at 9-2 at the top of the AFC West with the Broncos #1 in the AFC holding the tie breaker. Manning has his Weapons at Wide Out and TE. The Chiefs have their weapons at RB and something has to give. Can the Broncos "D" slow down the Chiefs Run Game and the "Arrowhead Beast" Jamaal Charles? Can the Chiefs "D" if they can't get to Mannning slow down the Broncos prolific Passing Attack? The Game is in Arrowhead and the Chiefs have the advantage....

Winner: BRONCOS 33-29

#WhoDey @ #Bolts

The AFC North was all but wrapped up until the Bengals went on a mini-losing slide. They still control everything at 7-4 but this has Trap written all over it. The Bolts get new life from handling the Chiefs at Arrowhead last week in a shootout and the Bengals must take in consideration that they are playing one of the hottest QBs on Sunday in Phillip Rivers. The Chargers are at 5-6 right in the middle of the AFC Wild Card and they will be tough at the Murph. Can the Bengals come off the Bye Week running on all cylinders? The Bolts are in sync and playing at home and that Passing game with Rook WR Keenan Allen and TE Gates has been all that.

Winner: BOLTS 34-27
