We have come to this point through a myriad of events and Cutler getting hurt he couldn't control that. Now looking closer Cut hasn't had an O-Line as consistent as the 2013 Line anchored on the right side by two Rook Monsters. Having said all that before he was injured Cut had 13 TDs and 8 INTs and he was like the Dow Jones...Up and Down. McCown has been lights out and he has been for the most part a career back-up on Sunday but is it the Marc Trestman System or is a product of both who is behind center and the system? "CUT" says he wants the Franchise Tag for the upcoming 2K14 season and or he says he wouldn't mind it. That would cost the Bears $16.2 million and remember this is the same Bears "D" that is old in Key Pl;aces and needs to get a Big Name Free Agent or two to fill key gaps in that Defense. In a nutshell it's Trestman's System and put that Cash elsewhere and not in the QB. Would "CUT" take a home town discount and what would that be. My numbers read 4-Years $50 Million and a guaranteed $25 Million with a $15 Million Signing Bonus.
Now before all that Business "CUT" must show and prove and I were him I would let McCown do his thing until he can't as "Cut's Cash has already been diminished by McCown's Play and more over Trestman's System...Halas Hall Business with #6 in Navy and Orange all over it!
