On a night where the Bulls get them a Point Guard from the streets in ex-Dinosaur D.J. Augustin the Bulls get a lucky bounce and sometimes you need that to get things headed in the right direction. The Bulls down 90-88 run a curl screen to free up Sniper Mike Dunleavy Jr. as he calmly banks in the Money Ball as the Bulls then scramble back on "D" to get a Block-Shot from Jo to seal the Victory.
The Bulls needed that in more ways than one as they move to 9-12 and in the East that is good for a Top 8 Seed. 2012-13 All-Star Bulls Center Jo Noah went Biggie-Size with 21 points, eighteen boards, and five helpers. C-Booz 5 also went big going 14 points and twelve boards. The Bulls were also happy to see the "See Red Butler" Jimmy back into the Line Up as he added solid 16 with Captain Kirk 13 and eight. Dunleavy's Money Ball was the story of the night as he chipped in with 12.
The Bucks on the heels of just beating the Bulls earlier in the week had four starters in double-figures with Super-Sub Gary Neal leading the was with 17 points. John Henson added 15 points and eight boards with OJ Mayo chipping in with 14 points. Both Team shot poorly but it was the Bulls Hustle that kept them in this one.
The Bucks fall to 5-18 as they head to rebuilding mode with the Knight Rider, Mayo, Henson, and injured Big Larry Colonel Sanders. Bulls jump up to 9-12 with plenty of work to do.
