The L.A. Dodgers had to end a four-game skid on Monday Night by beating the Arizona Diamondbacks as they did 8-1. But it wasn't that they beat the D-Backs but how they beat them. The Dodgers smacked Six Bombs in all to go Batting Practice aka "BP" through nine frames of MLB Hardball.

Dodgers Hot Corner Juan Uribe had three of the six bombs as he totaled for three runs and four ribbies going 4 for 4. He and Dodger OF Andre Ethier went back to back in the 2nd as D-Backs RHP Randall Delgado was chased in the 3rd frame after getting hit with five runs on seven hits as he struck out two and gave up four bombs. The Dodger Starter Ricky Nolasco had plenty of run support as he took care of biz on the Hill going 6 2/3 innings allowing one run on three hits while striking out six.

The "Boys in Blue" now have just eight games to clinch the NL West but more important business is they are two games behind the Tomahawk Shop 404 for the NL's Best W-L Record.

Note: Dodgers Home Runs...Uribe (3), Ethier, A-Gon, and Hanley
