Then Atlanta Braves took Game 1 of the four game set vs the Giants last night 6-3 as the Braves got to Gigantes RHP Vogelsong with a s crooked 4 in the top half of frame 5. The Pitching though will not stop there as the whole weekend is filled with an Arms Race from 60 feet 6 inches. Both Teams will be in the Hunt for the NL Pennant  as both appear to be the top two favorites on the Senior Circuit. As we go to press the Braves lead the Nats by two full games in the NL East. The Gigantes are all tied up at the top of the NL West with the somewhat surprising D-Backs.

The Braves and Giants will throw their Number Ones tonight with "Huddie" going up against Cain. In Game Three Maholm will get Bumgarner who may be pitching the best out if any of the Giants Starters. In the Closer the Braves send a struggling Chris Medlen to the Bump at 1-4 vs former NL Cy Young Winner Tim Lincecum. The Series should be a back and forth affair as Both Teams will be there in the end with all those Strong Arms in the Rotations.
