Gabby Douglas continued her amazing run as she captures GOLD in the All-Around being the 3rd US Women's Gymnasts to do it and the first African-American to do the Feat.

It was tough sledding but she beat both Russians and the US almost put Two on the Medal Stand as Aly Raisman lost on a Tiebreaker. Douglas joins Mary Lou Retton (1984 Los Angeles Games) and Carly Patterson (2004 Athens Games). The Balance Beam like always was the toughest Stop along Douglas' Way to the Gold.

Michael Phelps jumps out to a lead in the Men's 200M IM and never looked back as he held off rival Ryan Lochte. It is Phelps 20th Gold medal and he has got the Gold in all 3 Races in the '04, '08, and now 2012 Olympics....a 3-Peat.

The favorites in the 200 M Backstroke were USA's Lochte and Japan's Ryosuke Irie. The Only Problem was USA's Other Swimmer in the Event Tyler Clary didn't get the Memo as he wins Gold, Irie Silver, and Lochte the Bronze.

Lochte got out quick and held the Race for at least 175 Meters or so and Clary and Irie ran him down and Lochte gets a surprising 3rd Place Finish after dominating the World Championships in 2010 and 2011. Lochte on the Other hand finishes London 2012 Summer games with 5 Medals....2 Gold, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze.
