The National League is a Different Animal this Season as he New Kid on the Block the Nats have been holding down 1st Place like Joey Chestnut at the Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. Then you look at the Skipper of the Nats former Amazins' 1986 World Champion Skip Davey Johnson...enough said.

Somebody finally put out that Fire on the Shores of the Ohio River as it looked as though the Red legs and their Skip Dusty Baker were going to go undefeated up until October 2012. Clicking on all Cylinders you would think their Lead in the NL Central is Double Digits but equally as Hot are the Buccos and Senior Circuit...We have a Fight on our hands in the NL Central like it's the 1970s.

The Gigantes make a move and get OF Hunter Pence to bolster their Line-Up but the Dodgers may have got the Steal of Trade Deadline Deals with a 29-Year Old Not even in his Prime Hanley Ramirez. This is a Battle worth watching as the State of California could have 3 Teams in the Fall Classic Invite...2012.

The Senior Circuit Power Rankings Sponsored by....The NL was the Busiest at the Trade Deadline and now will will see their FRUITS of their Trades down the Stretch towards Winning Time.

AUGUST 2012 Power Rankings

1. Red Legs 62-41...Votto + Good Pitching = NL Central Strangle Hold
2. Nats 61-41...you think Skip Johnson is worried with Strasburg n Gonzalez as a 1-2

3. Gigantes 56-47...they have Better Arms in Starting Rotation that Dodgers and I have been told Better Pitching is better than Better Hitting

WILD CARD

1. Buccos 59-44...McCutchen might be 2012 NL MVP and they have IT in 2012

2. Braves 59-44..just like the Buccos chase the Nats and you will get the Wild Card

3. Redbirds 55-48....they will be in it until the End because their Defending Champs and they are the REDBIRDS..Division or Wild Card

4. Dodgers 56 -49....Can anyone on that Staff join Kershaw and Billingsley as a #3 and they Only have the NL West Crown in mind and why not

5. D-Backs 53-51...GM Kevin Towers didn't make a Move because they are within Striking Distance

6. Amazins' 50-54...Where did it Go Wrong in July for NYC's Other Team? Keep Hope Alive...and barely.

The Red Legs will not runaway from the Buccos and it will come down to the Head to Head Match up and with 9 left between them the Red Legs will host 6 of them.

The Dodgers chose to go with Offense instead of Pitching and you would think Kershaw and Billngsley coming Charles Bronson Double-Barrell Action at you. Well not with Cain, Lincecum, and Bumgarner coming 3-Barrell Action and now Pence into that Line-Up with Olney and "Panda Smash" Sandoval.

Braves will get one of those Wild Card Spots and the Redbirds just need to chase the Buccos and Red Legs and if they miss they will miss defending what was theirs from last season. D-Backs a long-Shot to get the NL Wild Card but can sneak up in the NL West Race.
