The Detroit Pistons currently at 3-18 after their loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight had the Thunder right where they wanted them. The Pistons led 55-48 at the break only to see the Thunder recapture the lead by the end of the 3rd at 77-75.

The Pistons missed their first seven shots in the 4th and trailed 84-75 until DJ Augustin hit a money ball making it 84-78 Thunder. The Pistons would get to as close as  93-92 with just over two minutes to go but could not close the deal. It was Kevin Durant (28 pts) closing the show for OKC as he made a huge money ball at the two minute marker making it 96-92.

Westbrook added 22 points, eleven boards, and seven helpers to go along with KD's game-high 28. The Pistons get four of five starters in double figures led by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope's 19 and gets 12 points and eight boards from Greg Monroe off the bench. Detroit missing nine free throws spelled gloom and doom for them as they were also -11 in rebounding.

The Regulators OKC moves to 7-13 and they have a long way to go to get back to .500 but they have their two aces back now lookout! The Pistons have to be active now and at the trade deadline going nowhere in the 2014-15 season.
