The Seattle Seahawks "D" has found their identity for 2014 and when you can stop the run and line up in coverage and tale away nearly anything that travels well in the "Shield"! Having said of all of that the Seahawks dominated that Eagles offense called "LINC-ilicious" at the Linc holding it to a poultry 139 total yards...139.

The game was still a game in the 3rd as the Eagles made it a 17-14 Seahawks lead after a Zach Ertz 35-yard TD pass from Eagles QB Mark Sanchez. That would be it for the Eagles though as the Seahawks methodically behind QB Russell Wilson's arm and RB Marshawn Lynch in between the tackles took the game over.

After the Ertz TD it was Wilson to Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin for 23 yards and a score to push that 17-14 lead up to 24-24 and that was your final score. Wilson passed fro 263 yards on 22 for 37 and two TD's. "Beast Mode" ran for 86 yards on 23 carries with Baldwin leading the WR Corps for the Hawks with 97 yards and a score on five grabs.

Back to the "Legion of Boom" as they held Eagles QB Mark Sanchez to 96 yrads on 10 for 20 with two TD's and an INT. "Shady" McCoy ran for 50 yards on 17 carries with Ertz leading the WR's with 39 yards. Jeremy Maclin ( 3 rec 21 yds) and Jordan Matthews (2 rec 23 yds) were non-factors.

The Hawks move to an impressive 9-4 lying in the weeds getting ready for the big strike. The Eagles fall to 9-4 with the Dallas Cowboys at the "Linc" this week coming up for the NFC east title.  Hawks will get the down and out San Francisco 49ers.
