The Kentucky Wildcats are officially an NBA Team as they made the UCLA Bruins look like a low-Major getting some cash for a whippin'! The 'Cats used their superior defense and interior prowess on both ends to beat the Bruins 83-44.

Kentucky led 41-7 at the break and if things could not get worse they led 66-20 with six minutes and some change to go. Is it embarrassing for the Bruins Kids yes but more embarrassing for that Bruins Coaching Staff. UK shot 12 for 26 from the arc and 50% from field. UK Freshman Devin Booker led the 'Cats with 19 points (5-6 3pt FG) as he was part of the 2nd wave of players for Kentucky. Sophomore Aaron Harrison added 15 points.

The Bruins were led by Isaac Hamilton's 14 points and Bruins lead man Steve Alford's son Bryce Alford who added 13 as the Bruins shot 27% from the field. They also had just four free throw shots and was 5 for 16 from the arc.

UK moves to 12-0 as that late December Date with the rival Louisville Cardinals is two games away. The Bruins fall to 8-4 with plenty of work to do as Star Freshman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin Kevon Looney struggled with 9 points and nine boards shooting 4 for 14 from the field.
