The Portland Trailblazers knew this would be a test to see where they were at as far as the new "Beast in the Northwest" throwing Roses at the Thunder's Northwest Throne! In a game that was see saw affair the Blazers and Thunder traded leads as OKC led after one 26-19 only to trail, at the break 54-43.

That lead would balloon to thirteen as the Blazers led 60-47 only for the Thunder to go on a 26-13 run to end the 3rd and a tie ball game 73-73. OKC led most of the 4th and seemingly had the game in hand until Dame Lillard the new Beast of Adidas Hoops let this go at the towards the end of regulation (Video below) tying the game at 98-98!

The Blazers (moving to 23-7) in Extras went on to win 115-111 but not after Lillard goes for a team-high 40 points on a sizzling 8 for 12 from deep. L-Train Aldridge added 25 points and 9 boards with Bloodline Wes Matthews Jr. chipping in with 22.

OKC falls to 13-16 but not after Russell Westbrook goes for a team-high 40 points as well but on 16 for 34 from the field. Lillard gets his 40 on 21 shots...just saying! Reggie Jackson added 21 points and grabbed nine helpers.

Reigning NBA M.V.P. @kdTREY of Nike Basketball and the nasty KD 7 (Good Apples KD 7 is delicious) out again with that bad ankle.
