C'mon the Lions know they are playing down to the competition but if playing down to the opposition leads you to a 11-4 record with one game to play let it be. The Detroit Lions carrying that #20 Barry Sanders Jersey with them squeaks out another ugly "W" 20-14 over the Jimmy Clausen led Bears.

The Lions dug deep as the Bears went into the 4th with a 14-10 lead after Clausen hooked up with Bears WR Alshon Jeffery for a 14-yard TD on a fourteen play 80 yard drive. It was the Lions answering back though with a quick four play 73 yard drive with a Joique Bell slick 17-yard TD run making it 17-14 Lions. Lions added a FG and that was your ball game Lions lead the NFC North beating the Bears 20-14 with a date with the Packers in Lambeau in Week 17.

Lions QB Matthew Stafford was 22 for 39 for 243 yards and two INT's. It was Lions running backs Joique Bell and Reggie Bush combining for 128 yards on twenty carries and two TD's. MEGAtron grabbed six pigs for 103 yards with Golden Tate III 62 yards on five grabs.

The Bears falling to 5-10 gets a solid performance from Jimmy Clausen as he was 23 for 39 for 181 yards two TD's and an INT. Matt Forte ran for 55 yard on 19 carries with WR Alshon Jeffery grabbing six pigs for 72 yards and a score. It came down to the Bears "D" making a stop and at this point they couldn't stop any of the 31 NFL Teams offenses!
